Theocracy is upon us.

For those in the back, we are in an autocratic state. The rule of law is no more. The U.S. Constitution is null and void.

Here is another example, the administration doesn't care what the judicial has to say, it's a dare. "Make me! You don't have any power to enforce your rulings!"

Under the SAVE Act, any woman taken off the rolls will be ineligible to serve as a poll worker. Most of the workers I've worked with are women. The polls will not be staffed and I will quit in solidarity. Elections are over.

This morning, I woke up to the milestone of sixteen years without mind altering substances, no more hangovers, no more blackouts, significantly less incomprehensible demoralization. I don’t have it all figured out yet, but I have the basics down pretty good.

These are my upper and lower body workouts. At the end of May '24 I started getting up an hour early so I could build consistency into my routine. I've been hitting the gym at least three times a week since. I feel better and have higher quality sleep. My body in motion stays in motion.

I wonder how long it will take a critical mass of people to be pushed too far to remain civil.

Diversity in conservative USA!

I woke up to the cold this morning. A voice inside my head urged me to sleep in and skip the gym, but I went anyway. First to do item checked off my list.
