As well as The Blue of You being recommended by a reviewer as an ideal stocking filler - Christmas setting and under a tenner! - my writing has been likened to that of both Claire Keegan and Anne Tyler! That's far too generous, but I'm taking it!

I'm so sorry, but tonight's event at Marsden Library has had to be cancelled - due to me being (very uncharacteristically) poorly! Apologies for the short notice, but I was battling on and thought I could still do it! The event will be rescheduled, so I'll keep you posted!

More FABULOUS book post today - it's getting to be a regular occurrence! This time it's the fiction anthology from Northern Gravy - again including work by yours truly. It's a lovely looking book and I can't wait to read all the other stories :-)
