September was a whirlwind! I managed to keep up with my swim goals, hitting 17 miles for the month and 150 miles for the year. I’m looking forward to October, with its fall weather, NCAA volleyball. I’m turning 29 (+30) this Saturday. Listen to the sounds of nature and relax.

Howdy I back 😀 Took the month of July off of Social Media. Started with the week of the Fourth at the lake, Read a couple of books, Went to the ColdPlay and Alex Warren with my daughters, Visited 90FM radio in Stevens Point with Kris, and swam like a minnow.

June was a good month! Back in January, I had set a goal of 130 miles for 2025, which would mean 11 miles a month. Well, guess what? I’ve already reached the 100-mile mark in just six months! I’m thinking I might even double that by the end of December. 😜. Goldfish mindset 😎
