September was a whirlwind! I managed to keep up with my swim goals, hitting 17 miles for the month and 150 miles for the year. I’m looking forward to October, with its fall weather, NCAA volleyball. I’m turning 29 (+30) this Saturday. Listen to the sounds of nature and relax.
