We're hoping for TypeScript 6.0 early 2026 (think February or earlier) and 7.0 shortly after.

We're looking for people to use the native previews of 7.0 for feedback ASAP though. We feel the language service is pretty solid these days!

Sure. I can look into it.

What's the feedback that you want from me?

The codemod that I built for my employer is not through codemod.com

Having said that, if you do want users to add stars to the repo, remember to add an explicit "call-to-action" in all the blog posts that mention migrations.

For example, there's no call to action in v22-to-v24 post.

Added my github start for migrations repo.
Thank you for your contributions.

Although GitHub stars are seen by many as a metric of success, it's the download count which matters. For codemods, download counts are not relevant since as they're not a project dependency which downloads in CI.

Cool things are good to have.

Automated migrations solve real problems Node.js users face, so they'll definitely have a target audience who find them helpful.

Depends on your audience.

If you don't have a target audience in mind, make it in English as it's the most spoken second language in the world and is also used widely in software development.
