Within the last two weeks we have received two sets of baby squirrels, both are about 3 weeks old. The first picture is of the group that I received first at a week old, second is of the new ones that I just received Monday night.

I did a quick painting today, never painted a person in any of my painting and it shows lol. I'm finding things that I don't like and the great thing about oil paints is that it takes forever to dry, might go back tomorrow and fix the thing that I can.

I ran out of my regular bird seed so I grabbed a bag of cardinal blend at the grocery store, it has safflower seeds in it and it is supposed to be one of their favorite seeds. If this is true, then why are they the only seeds left?

We had one visit, haven't seen it since.

Tis the season, pumpkin roll! Only the second time that I have ever made it and I wish I had spread the filling better but it still tastes really good.

In my spare time I love to oil paint landscapes, sometimes they work out and sometimes they don't. It is only for myself that I paint of course my husband thinks they are all works of art lol.
