Wheat flour, cassava flour, cranberries, milk, yoghurt, instant yeast and other ingredients combined will be a good experiment for my kitchen aid & gas oven in this rainy weather.

No Tanapooner Market today oui. Can’t take on getting soaked. I suggested a covered drop off/ pick up area to the last chairman of the TPRC, but it never happened. At least the Macoya Farmers Market is fully covered.

Anytime my lil sis goes for chemo in Grande, I cook for her. I’ve run out of ideas, so today it’s basmati rice with a channa & baigan stew and fried fish.
I hope that she has the appetite to enjoy it.

No one beats the Barataria Station. They have vehicles parked on both sides of the road, forcing drivers into one lane. All da money allocated to National Security, a few dollars cannot go towards a secured parking lot?
Outside of a police station! Many police stations use the street to store crashed cars! It's enough that they're killing us, but this is ridiculous! #MobilityIsEquity
