Can you believe there are people out there who believe this?

Are there really people who believe that there is a dog shit fairy?

You just leave your bag in the pavement or tree and it gets cleared up overnight.

Shouldn't be allowed to own a dog.

I never buy from Amazon.

My wife does, frequently, and it annoys the shit out of me.
I rely on Amazon for some things; but, I can do without for 4 days if I plan.

A wonderful evening at the Tring Book Festival night at the Baptist church, with comedian and author @robinince.bsky.social and Prog guitarist Jakko Jakszyk discussing family history, mental health issues, poetry, music.

Jakko improvised music strands to accompany Robin's poetry

This is what is happening. It is cynical. It is strategic. It is organised. It is well funded.

And we need to pay attention.

The far right - and their cheerleaders, mimics, tribute acts, and handmaidens have identified two presentational frameworks that give them cut-through and traction. 1/7

Asylum seekers, housed in hotels in Manchester, are reaching out in their own words to address the concerns of the local community.

Please take a minute to read their letter, & share it with the people in your life who need to hear the truth about the people they are protesting.

Have to agree woth Andrew here. Aimee Mann is one of the best female songwriters around, and still criminally underappreciated in the UK.

I'd nominate all of "Lost In Space" as her best songs.
Someone might read this and say "Hey, Where is Guys Like Me? Where is It's Not, where is You Do? Where is Freeway? Where is Little Bombs" But I say, Hey, there are enough amazing Aimee Mann songs to go around because the woman can do no wrong.

Rules are simple: to be in with a chance to win, you just have to repost this piece I wrote about Jo and her art: www.tom-cox.com/the-magic-ro...

The new "Piggeries" bar is taking shape nicely...a really welcome addition the Tring's drinking landscape.

🚨Almost 80,000 have now signed the petition. We are getting so close to 100,000🙏

For too long, the UK press have bullied people, harassed grieving families & destroyed lives, all to sell papers.

Morning all.

There's a lot of arseholes in the World, doing shitty things to each other, us and the planet.

So let's focus in those near and dear to us, and to our local environment...start from there.
