Yea, from what I've looked into how it works, interacting with others tends to boost your chances of being seen. Soo long as your engaging with stuff you should be good.

Its worth a shot if you want by posting something like once a day or interacting with others or the stuff you enjoy. Soo long as you keep your health in check and not cause any problems you should be good.
