The amount of mac n cheese recipe reels I've seen on my morning scroll is absolutely insane. Hundreds. Everybody has almost exactly the same recipe, it's crazy.

Several years ago, I asked my dad for his recipe for my favorite thing he's ever cooked. It's an Italian stew called Peposo. I make this several times a year and it absolutely fucking slaps. He was Mormon so he substituted the wine out, but I always make it with a Chianti.
