This is exactly how I am able to create “FNAF But Twitch Chat Controls the Game” streams. And now, I want to give it to you!

It will work perfectly with ANY game that has simplistic inputs (point-and-click, D-pad and 2-button controls, etc)

Therefore, using a Twitch/YouTube chatbot such as MixItUp, you can create commands to virtually press keyboard keys on your computer, and Keyboard Assistant will intercept those keys, carrying out the assigned action!

For example, these scenarios are possible:

“When I press the G key, I want my mouse to move to (200,200) and click 4 times, with a 100 ms delay between each click.”

“When I press the W key, I want my computer to hold it down for 10 seconds, twice, with a delay between them.”

That’s why I developed Keyboard Assistant! I’ll spare you the boring details and skip right to the chase:

This program allows you to assign mouse movement and repeated key press keybinds to your keyboard!

Over the last year or so, I’ve been hard at work, solo-developing a program that makes Twitch Plays content more accessible. Regardless of coding experience, I want everyone to have equal opportunity to play games WITH their community - for free.

Not trying to be negative, just reflective. If you’re still going, still trying to make it, you’re already rare.

Maybe you’ve made it past the 3 year mark. Or maybe you’re approaching it. But you’ll eventually have to ask yourself which statistic you will belong to.

I truly hope it’s the 20%.

That scary statistic is real. 80% or more people stopped. And realizing that left me feeling weirdly alone. Like I made it through a storm and turned around to find so many people missing.

Out of everyone I started with, I think only one or two people truly made it “big.” Some, like me, are still working on the goal. But most have quietly faded away.

But today, four years later, I scrolled through my following list out of curiosity… And was met with silence.

So many names; people who once inspired me, people who I worked alongside, haven’t posted in years. Their accounts frozen in time.

As I grew, I joined content circles with creators who felt unstoppable, like they were titans of the industry. People I thought were destined for greatness. We shared dreams, brainstormed ideas, and hyped each other up like it was only a matter of time.
