Tonight I pickled some red onions and jalapenos for the 1st time! I was just planning on the onions, but had brine left over! Cant wait to try them!

Decided to see if I could turn my really old Sony FS100 camcorder into a vertical video setup. It is 1080p only, but vertical videos are mostly 720p or 1080p depending on connection speed. I havent actively used the fs100 in a long time & thought it would be fun to experiment with repurposing it!

Had a fun time today helping my mom today turning 5 large onions into 1.5 baking trays of homemade onion rings! They are also gluten free, made with cassava. The breading is delicate almost like a bloomin onion!

Chestnut had a vet appt yesterday and while bring very nervous she still had time between attempts to hide to turn around and give me a big wet face lick while we took a selfie. I'd categorize the lick as a "so wet it ruined this mask" level lol. #dog

The gluten free chocolate punpkin bread turned out nicely. This flour always browns a bit extra, but it should be super moist inside - almost like a bread pudding!

Got some cool enamel pins the other day :)

Took a few minutes this morning to capture a storm coming over the Rocky Mountains. Light rain started a few minutes later. #Photography
grey clouds obscure the blue sky over the rocky mountains. The foothills are a light green and sink into a dark blue, leading towards the whites of the peaks of Meeker and Long, which are obscured by the clouds.

A few of my eclipse photos! In the first photo you can see 2 sunspots and I believe the one on the right is 3575! Really amazing stuff!

Shot on a 7dm1 with a 70-300 Canon ef lens and a NISI solar filter.
