So, comparing their musical talent is like comparing a Michelin-star chef to someone who once made a peanut-butter sandwich and posted it on Instagram. Springsteen is a legendary artist; Elon is a guy with GarageBand and a dream. Verdict: Bruce Springsteen is better by roughly the distance between Earth and Mars. (Elon might close the gap if he ever finishes that colony and installs a really good studio there, but we're not holding our breath.)

Conservatives have been complaining my whole life about how our schools are failing to teach the basics. Maybe this is true to some extent, but there are lots of students graduating from Michigan high schools who *are* college ready, and the cost of further education can be prohibitive.
Rep. Jaime Greene, R-Richmond, said in a statement that state leaders should prioritize ensuring that students are ready for college by the time they graduate high school rather than providing free college. “State leaders shouldn’t be spending time and tax dollars on ‘free college for all’ when our kids are behind on the basics,” she said. “Let’s focus on fundamental education principles like reading, writing and arithmetic in our K-12 schools.”
