I just saw a clip of Trump getting hit (lightly) in the face with a microphone. I hope it was an accident because even though I despise Trump, continually mock him, and could care less if dropped dead today, he does not purposefully deserve to be disrespected in that manner.

I'm just watching the Defense Secretary confirmation hearing and had an idea (or maybe, more correctly, an idea for a skit on Saturday Night Live). A senate committee members pulls out an alcohol breathalyzer, takes the test and hopefully passes the test, and then asks Pete Hegseth to take the test.

Trump is on his way out and will be meeting his maker (much to the relief of the world!) before the end of this year. When this happens, will there be a new election, or will numb nuts Vance get in by default?
