Time for some art! I’ve gotten into #AnotherCrabsTreasure lately, a cute little game where you play as a tiny hermit crab trying to get his shell back. Decided to make a crabsona for myself, so here’s my first attempt: a Galathea Strigosa (squat lobster), chosen because they live in Sweden
Some cats just look creepy or grumpy because of how their eyes are shaped or how the light makes them look. Here’s my cat Puma, who looks grumpy if you apply human facial expressions to his face but is really happy and relaxed.

More Blender fun, turns out legs are really hard to make and I’m not sure how the mirror modifier works. The giant leg in the background is just an example leg that @thesicklywizard.bsky.social made, and I’m using it as a reference basically. If anyone has some advice, I’m all ears! #Blender #3D

So I’ve been trying to teach myself how to use Blender, so far it’s difficult but fun. I’m trying to make a little low poly character, hopefully I’ll be able to make at least something kinda resembling my idea! Anyone with any advice on low poly Blender models, feel free to share!

If you’re ever feeling down about the amount of AI and other awful stuff in the world, I highly recommend making something by hand. Like these hexagons I crocheted today! Even a small doodle is worth it, a small rebellion against the flood of AI slop

Currently reading (well, listening to the audiobook) Fledgling by Octavia Butler. It’s really intriguing so far, and I like how it’s in first person form. It’s about a young girl who wakes up grievously injured and without memories. She finds she’s very hungry for raw meat and blood. #books #vampire

I've rediscovered that old game Spore, and now many years later it's not as bad as I thought. It's fun if you take it for what it is, and ignore completely the idea that it was supposed to be scientifically accurate etc. I've been playing as Portiids and octopodes! #aptshadow #childrenoftime #spider

After only 30 minutes with Godot and a YouTube tutorial, I managed to make this! It’s nothing advanced, but it works and I made it despite SAD cognitive difficulties. The tutorial I followed was by Brackeys.

Currently listening to the audiobook of The Poppy War, by R.F. Kuang. A dark fantasy story that’s kind of like a fantasy adaptation of the 2nd Sino-Japanese war. It’s gotten to me to the point where I had to pause and cry for a bit because it got so dark. It’s great but not for the faint of heart
