Even acknowledging there certainly are niche markets, this particular instance is not an extreme niche in which you have any reason to exclude nondrivers as your potential base.

Another thing is that if you are a publication that is in the tourism or hospitality space, don’t you really want to be a maximizing the audience and potential customer base? This does the opposite, out of the gate.

For one thing, I have found that a lot of people who can drive assume that some places are simply too inconvenient or impossible to reach even if they are served by transit. When in fact they’re just not aware of all the options and tools that might be available.

A favorite backpacking food is any kind of flatbread such as tortillas, naan, etc. plus Thai peanut sauce, which does not need refrigeration.

I love the CAT bus! I house sit in Hood River several times a year and it’s the only reason that I can do so! Plus it connects to other services that are pretty close to trailhead and bike paths.

The village shuttle appears to be fare free at this time. The express is $2 each way or $5 for a day pass. Pretty great deal.

Just like the early runs of Trailhead Direct Mt. Si tend to be borderline crushloaded, the bike racks are always full and leave people with bikes behind.

If you can manage hundreds and possibly thousands of unpaid people to allocate their free time or something they are not going to directly and immediately benefit from, I am confident you can learn to delegate to your deputies effectively as a newly elected executive.
