My step-dad requested the book in question by name, and it made me think about the inevitable increase in retirement age people that know enough to find it on Amazon or wherever but not enough to spot the new signs of fake shit.

A lot has been said about the danger of AI foraging books but, I hadn't thought about all the havoc it's going to wreak on the finance/retirement realm. Amazon is likely sufficiently motivated to remove books that can kill you, but maybe not so much books that will fuck you over ten years from now.

I've been trying to let my circadian rhythm reassert itself after wrestling with it for months. Starting to look like 5am might be my naturally preferred bedtime. Fatigue solidarity
