One nice thing, I’m starting this far enough in advance I should be back in action for Halloween - quite possibly my favorite holiday of the year. The food bank/toy donation drive is still in effect; book in advance to secure your November time slot.

Even if they could, those calories have to come from somewhere. If a breastfeeding mom cuts back on food too much lactation slows, and ultimately stops.
