But also thinking abt it further in soup broth is king. It should be the most important in being plentiful and when I think of ramen the noodles are ranked higher, so that’s my reasoning.

Mmmmno. Because my immediate association of “soup” is not ramen. Oden, hotpot, eomuk are closer in family imho then ramen.
