I know a lot of ppl with #ADHD (myself included) who struggled to feed themselves properly before getting medication, then the meds make it even harder. If you relate, fill out this survey I'll use to create resources so #neurodiverse folks can eat better! #medsky 🧪

Vaccines save lives. Keep repeating the message. It’s the truth.
Vaccines against COVID-19 saved over 20 million lives in the first year alone, according to a study in Lancet Infectious Diseases. Anti vaxxers conveniently ignore such stats.

The risk of organ damage is real, and while many people do recover, serious complications can occur even months after the acute infection. (Some heart attacks and strokes occurring in people who had COVID-19 are misclassified as ‘unrelated’ to that infection bc docs don't make the connection). 10/

For years, some of us have fought back against terrible misinformation that somehow attributed Covid vaccines to a big risk of heart problems.

It’s always been Covid infection, not the Covid vaccine.

Yet another study revealing the truth:

Double-empathy problem:

Because autistic and non-autistic people experience the world and express emotions differently, it can be difficult for autistic and non-autistic people to experience cognitive empathy for one another, which can cause misunderstandings.

I challenge the largely unchallenged narrative of health as a means to work.

Let’s look at this the other way round: how to get work to be an effective means to health & wellbeing rather than a potential detriment to them in the majority of the population?

In a stunning feat, a group of astronomers said that it had managed to take the first close-up picture of a star in another galaxy. Not only was the image a distance record for such cosmic intimacy, but the star looks as if it is getting ready to explode.

Astronomers zoomed in on a stellar behemoth in the Larger Magellanic Cloud, a galaxy that orbits about 160,000 light-years from the Milky Way.
