I wake up every day angry about the small margin of victory for that man and how close we came to having a president with competence, integrity, and compassion. But here we are, in complete chaos and hurtling toward authoritarianism instead.

Regardless of your view of Biden's decision to pardon his son, this reaction from a prominent, well respected reporter illustrates why the legacy media is in such steep decline.

Had Biden wanted to explain, there were an endless set of more relevant options available to him than a news conference.

Hey, Democrats criticizing Biden for pardoning Hunter -

If you're President and Trump targets your kid to punish you for running against him, leaving your kid vulnerable to persecution just to make a point is stupid and reckless.

Until YOU are in that position, spare the judgment.

And where reputable journalists and thinkers go, so do elected officials.

I’ve been getting asked lately about a more serious + systemic migration to Bluesky among electeds.

Idk the answer but it highlights how much of a breaking point misinfo & throttling has become for Twitter(& other platforms)

It's up to Democratic officials whether they want to stop exclusively rewarding legacy media with their time and start validating the people who are actually advocating for their agenda. But until they make that decision, the asymmetry that cost Democrats this election will persist.
Democrats make a mistake by fixating just on Joe Rogan. It is about a mentality that going on a Sunday show with 50,000 viewers is more important than talking to a YouTube influencer with 3 million.

Good morning! ☀️🎄

Who else is getting into the holiday spirit?

Remember, friends, there’s only one party that obeys in advance.

Don’t stick your tongue to the pole. I beg.

This should go without saying, but it's okay if someone you don't agree with goes on a certain show or podcast. It's okay to be exposed to dissenting opinions. It's okay to feel uncomfortable. The biggest danger for the Democratic Party moving forward is the imposition of ideological purity tests.

Forgive me if this is petty but the next account I’d like to surpass here on Bluesky is CNN.

They helped normalize Trump at every turn and did nothing to help tell the truth about Kamala. Time to show them what we think.

Can you RT this and follow us if you haven’t. 💙🙏

The New York Times has obtained a scathing email that Pete Hegseth’s mother sent to her son in 2018.

In the email, Penelope Hegseth describes her son as a serial philanderer with a long history of abusing women — and tells him to “get some help.”

Remember: Pete Hegseth was credibly accused…

Trump won the Electoral College, but winning with less than 50% of the vote is not a landslide, and it certainly doesn’t give him a mandate, especially when he had one of the smallest wins in history.

We can’t let anyone forget that.
