Thats the main reason I like to watch coding streamers; to see how they use their tools and glean ways to better use and understand mine.

I've been using Google Tasks with task lists per project. Kinda weird for this but the mobile notifs and UI are p good.
Extremely limited if you need to share though. I have Keep set up for shared things but its not great for project management.
