Transmasc erasure: wow there aren't any trans men here Nonbinary erasure: Fern's pronouns being they/them is routinely ignored by the fandom, likely a result of how they never have any real exploration of their gender identity in the narrative and are presented as a static character with no major narrative role. Transfem erasure: You think you know what trans women are like because you've seen the simulacrum of The Trans constructed in the minds of cis men's whispers of their wild trip to Thailand, but in actuality this has become a substitute for narratives by trans women, at their expense. Less than a mere lack of knowledge, the version of The Trans Woman you have been told of is a form of anti-knowledge, a barrier between you and a true understanding of trans women. You are conditioned into overconfidence, given permission to dismiss the lived experiences of the flesh-and-blood woman in front of you when she contradicts the story of the shadow on the wall. And all along, because the very idea that this narrative is untrue has been so thoroughly erased, you are capable of believing that this ridiculous caricature is actually representation.

Doing the animation for this was a fun little exercise. I started by picking out sounds to get the timing to feel good using Blender's video editor, then basically just animated it to fit with the sounds. Pretty straightforward!

we now return to... enemies to livers hot yaoi action (Three panel comic) Panel 1: kuroyami waruijin from the previous image is kneeling in defeat. "how could I be defeated so easily when you didn't even have the tamashi no katana" Scattered captions read "wowie, he's just as much of a troubled bad boy as last episode. I want kuroyami to have my babies!" "This episode they have to kiss!"
