Yes absolutely. It becomes hot when its declarative rather then constitutive. A little like begin. Like usually the person being begged to knows that the person wants the thing. Its not about and exchange of new information. But its maybe just that redundancy that makes it hot. (needs more thought)

Yes! I do it often even when its already established that we don't need to do it every time. I think part of it is being confronted with the fact that the other person could always just say no. A reminder of the others autonomy (hot) and also of what a great privilege it is to share this.

Hilft natürlich nicht so viel wie ein Rechtsbeistand der sich da richtig auskennt und für dich und nur für dich kämpft. Aber es sind denke ich schon ganz gute Anfänge, die auch ausgeweitet werden könnten.

Also zum teil gibt es solche Ansätze in der Sozial- (und teilweise Verwaltungs-) gerichtsbarkeit. Also keine Gerichtskosten, Amtsermittlungsgrundsatz, Bindung an das materielle Klagebegehren, Urkundsbeamte (also Leute am Gericht, die dir das was du willst in eine Klageschrift fassen).
