there was on theme I mentioned but didn't develop, that of the effect of using the bot as an additional brain in the conversation - we've talked of this for a few years, I've seen it, but not developed the theme, usage or implications. ... need some interviews :))

we get so used to Amazon shipping miracles, we forget: I bought $70 Reef sandals 2 weeks ago, been waiting & waiting... finally arriving today. Two weeks from CA to FL was once a normal shipping time, now it just seems too long.
(yeah, i still think it's too long for $70 sandals)
