because it affects the synergy gain in the party. when you have repeated jobs it just disrupts it entirely. ofc there's a way to "work around" just my checking the party list but nah.

unfortunately this is NA only yes? I don't have an NA account that's ready to raid. and I doubt anyone in the group would be willing to compromise by going to OCE and suffer terrible ping hahaha
