This is just to say that while I was undiagnosed with adhd and autism, as a teenager, I did feel seen by Amelie’s story and characterization enough to take comfort in it. I hope other neurodivergent folks do so as well.

We see her interacting with her world, and even stimming, (she repeatedly covers and uncovers her ears to hear the sound it makes. I did that when I was younger) or seeking sensory activities like putting her hands into sacks of grain.

Same here! I find walking on paths I’m familiar with helps 😂

Oh I love reading while walking! I find I do a lot of reading on the bus or I listen to audiobooks while I cook. I do read and walk during summer but in winter either I dare not risk slipping on the ice. 😂😅
