that's how I feel this days, going back into 3D after almost 15 years not touching it. I'm making bottles and barrels, very small projects with a clear end and no emotional weight.

It can be frustrating to not finish things, but those are still project that will be here if you want to get back to it, and even if you don't the fun you had working on it is worth it in itself.
