Spent the day full of anxiety before making my return to running club after a month out tonight - turns out I had absolutely no reason to, lovely to be back amongst such a supportive group for a nice, steady, enjoyable run! 😀💪🧡💜

Brilliant day completing my 8th #GreatNorthRun yesterday - after interrupted training for health reasons and two hours sleep on Saturday night it was by far the most brutal of the 8 but the main and most important thing is it's in the bag! 😀💪🏃🧡
