In the journey of opening my hips I am now able to pop my hip joint joint like a knuckle. Only on one side tho and achieving that made me frustratingly sore for a few days. Hopefully the other side gets the memo

Watching old infomercials is great because there is such a focus on making sure the grease is separated from the food in cooking and implying that if you use our product you can eat all the red meat you want with no drawbacks.
