Update: am still alive. Rough, humid day out there, but it is done, and they gave me one of these. I'm a sucker for a good trinket.

Good day, New Yorkers, by which I obviously mean these things.

In London for the holidays, so I ran Parkrun this morning, which got me to 1000 miles run in a year for the first time ever.

Follow-through has never been a strong point with me, so I'm quite proud of this.
