Did you know that 75% of Scots want Holyrood control of everything except defence, and 50% of Scots want control of that too?

THREAD.

3 years ago, with no warning, a brilliant orange farm cat wandered over from the draughty barn where he had been living, in rural Cornwall, and decided he wanted to live with us instead.

We decided to call him Jim.

This is the first photo I took of him, on that night: December 1st, 2022.

There are two main requirements for a nuclear power station. One is to be as close to the power usage as possible and the other is to have a source of water for cooling.

Which is to say as soon as they announce a nuclear power station on the Thames at Westminster then I’m on board.

Well that's Offord's seat on BBC Reformatime booked for the next 6 months.
The Tories have lost another frontbencher to Reform. Lord Offord has quit the shadow team in the Upper House to become Reform's first peer.

He plans to stand for Reform at next year's Holyrood elections.

Offord's astroturfing Vote No Borders campaign was one of the BBC's blatant attempts to influence the outcome of the 2014 indyref. It was given a full 10 minutes on the 6 o clock news & falsely presented as a grassroots campaign while the BBC ignored genuine grassroots initiatives on the Yes side.

You are ABSOLUTELY NOT going to regret listening to this bird:
A male rock ptarmigan (Lagopus muta) in winter plumage.

Ptarmigan is from Gaelic 'tarmachan' meaning "croaker". The p- was added when people mistakenly assumed it was a Greek word.

A bird forever warning people: "A werewolf!" (just in case of werewolves).

Slightly strange slant from The Guardian. Feels like it can't quite believe that Scottish voters really aren't the same as English voters.

Would pay them to get out of Westminster a little more often.

I hope the Scottish media presses Malcolm Offord on the hypocrisy of a man who set up the Vote No Borders campaign announcing he'll be standing for a party which wants to close borders to everyone who's not white and rich.

But I won't be holding my breath

So tired of the chatter around Lewis Hamilton.

For years we pointed out that he won because he was in the best car. No, no they said, he’s the best driver with the most talent, he could drive anything.

Now they say, of course Hamilton is struggling, he doesn’t have a good car.

Make up your minds.
