I’m filling in the final gaps on my Wild Geese project, which is edging towards 108,000 words. The agreement for the book has now been signed. Completion set for end of May.

I can confirm that Centipede Press will release the expanded and updated second edition of Studies in the Horror Film: Salem’s Lot in February 2025.

I’m not in a position to unveil the new cover art yet, so here’s the original from 2013.

Life is hard, and then you die. But I saw a bobbin’ robin this morning and it made me SO happy…
I really need to get better at finding pleasure in being alive and simply existing, rather than constantly thinking "If I can just get through this ordeal..." and "If I can just get past that deadline..." Then what? The next ordeal or deadline, and repeat, until death?
