I don’t know how knowing about (frantically flails arms about in the air) all of this is helping me.

I need some baking assistance. Every time I make a quick bread, I get this cracking on the top, which stays very gooey and raw. I cover the edges to try and prevent burning, often unsuccessfully. How can I avoid this?

I was hoping to find something different, but it’s in the category.

I’ll be spending NYE completing my 3rd YearCompass. I can’t remember who recommended it to me, but I’m glad they did. It’s a great way to look back at the year that’s just passed and to look forward to what’s coming up.
