Re: Washington's injury toll, it's not just number of guys who have been hurt. It's the severity and timing.
At the halfway point of 2025, #Commanders players are already projected to miss a combined 117 games with injuries. At least.
They missed 92 games in all of 2024.

This is the most pertinent part of Dan Quinn's presser today, IMO.
He essentially went back and looked at each defensive play call as a cost-benefit problem. If guys are hesitating on a specific call, upping the chances for a big play, then it "costs too much."
