A rule requiring any stock buyback to be matched 50/50 with permanent worker pay increases would be a good step toward more equitable distribution of worker contribution to the profits that make those buybacks possible.

Set a threshold of 25X for deductibility. Pay them what you want, but anything above the threshold is fully taxable as profit.
Require public companies to vote on it with all employee shareholders required to recuse.

Just set up the utility pricing structure to make energy above a certain KBtu/ OPERATIONAL SF exponentially expensive.
Set boundaries to prevent data centers from just enlarging the buildings or otherwise manipulating the standards.

My current personal phone is 4 years old & that’s only because I left its then 2 year old predecessor in a cab in Athens (remarkably since returned).
The glass on the “new” phone is now shot & I’m considering combining the two into a “new new” phone. Might spring for a new battery, but that’s it.

Claw it all back, rescind her pension & appt a receiver that gives her an allowance = to median income for her district- $79k/ yr. Do it with all MoC who have done similar from all parties & every member of every administration since 1980.
