Visited my mom and dad over the weekend. Watched football and BritBox mysteries. Feel like @karenkilgariff.bsky.social and her dad would approve

I thought #Metamorpho issue 6 was cool enough when I was getting Mr. Fischoeder vibes from Simon Stagg. Then it went to the 853rd Century and things just got crazier. More please, #DCComics! @alewingpromotes.bsky.social and @stevelieberart.bsky.social put out a great comic!

This 1967 Florida travel poster looks like it was drawn by a classic MAD Magazine artist, but I can't think of who. Any ideas?

Reading Mario Puzo's Superman movie draft. So far (p 47/220) it's pretty stilted with some weird choices. Can't decide whether Clark is legit odd or just acting - but after building the Fortress, he makes rugs and furniture from the local wildlife?! Now introducing WGBS staff, including Morgan Edge.

Spouse: Wasn’t Data the science officer?
Me [thinking of all the various random blue shirts on the ship and how Data and Geordi rarely consulted them while they did all the science stuff]: … No. The short answer is no.

Hot take: whoever writes Hawkeye should then have to write at least one Green Arrow arc, and vice versa. Like an ace-archer game of HORSE.

[This is my first Bluesky post and I am not sorry]
