Make the sounds "pi-oo-s" but it's all one syllable. That's pi with the same "i" sound as lid in English, as opposed to the Greek letter pi. And a hard "s" rather than a soft "z" sound. Emphasis on the "i" not the "oo". By the way, my own Welsh is dreadful, so take everything with a pinch of halen.

I may be wrong, but depending on how posh your unicorn is, you might use "piws" rather than "porffor"? Porffor makes me think of a sightly posh royal purple, whereas piws is piws.
