Use a 45w mini PC, a portable 4k monitor (like a tablet without the tablet stuff) and a jackery Explorer 1000, and you'll be able to set up anywhere for hours and hours and hours.

So, in the 4th circuit 2001 ruling on the VMI prayer case, the court found that prayer could not be mandated by a VA public institution because state law says "The board shall at all times be under the control of the General Assembly." So, it might be considered consistent in Va.

Well, after this year's person level applicant collection, Virginia Institutions will be better prepared.

Of course, since applicants have no Ferpa rights, why aren't they doing this at the person level?

First time I had overnight duty after transferring to Ft. Richardson, outside of Anchorage, one stepped in front of my little car at 60 mph and I had to basically wipe out in a snow bank to avoid hitting it. As far as I could tell, it paid no attention sauntering across the three remaining lanes.

Local community college enrollment is highly correlated with the unemployment rate of their service district/ area. Most especially true for shorter term programs for upskilling and older students in various demographic groups.

ROTC, accepting a commission, play the combat branch officer game by picking up schools like Ranger & Airborne for ticket punches, avoid c real work and discomfort as much as possible until you are on a general's/admiral staff.

Since about 30% of federal employees are vets, and Virginia is a vet- heavy state, they will mostly be military vets.
