There is no tax rate low enough that the rich won't bitch and moan and threaten to leave over it, so the most logical reaction to their *constant* overreaction to *any amount of taxes* is to tax these whiny plutes at a rate that actually hurts them.

I’m sure the people of BC are tired of it being referred to as “western discontent”.
