I experienced High Chocolate this afternoon at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, a take on British High Tea, with hot chocolate made from 70% Nicaraguan dark chocolate. You can opt for food accompaniment, and I chose the savory and sweet, which included a mini lobster roll, a red velvet cookie, and more.

In Park City, Utah, for work this weekend. Decent view from my hotel and an early ski lift innovation at an exhibit at the Park City Museum. Not enough snow to ski, but I’m sure eating well.
