My wife and I once took a trip to Northern Minnesota-we stopped at the Split Rock Lighthouse, which was where the ship was last seen, I believe. Anyway, I tortured her for the next several days in the car with that song, we just joked about it.

I was called upon to pull him into a room during 2008 Induction weekend in Cooperstown, to sign 2 dozen balls (inscribed by his fellow HOFers) for MLB. His stern brow unset once the door was closed, the stories flowed forward. Funny ones too! A presence and a force of nature always.
