I’m not a selfie kind of guy It’s just not my thing and and value my privacy. So
I’m back in the gym after an of more than 6 months. It was suggested that I take photos to track my progress and to motivate myself. It’s been 3 weeks back but the difference is already noticeable to me. Woo hoo!

The puppy I saved from the streets is now available for adoption. He was so sweet, gives lots of kisses, and is great with other dogs and kids. Here’s his photo and adoption number at the Miami-Dade Animal Shelter.

Such a sad day 24 years ago. I was living in New York City and I’m employed by one of the airlines that flew into the towers.
This is the ACARS message that was sent to all aircraft still in the air that day. May those who lost their lives that day continue to rest in peace.

My daily routine of taking my dog to the park to fetch was interrupted by these two! They followed us around the park and watched my dog chase his ball. It was hilarious.
I think they wanted food but as a rule I don’t travel with cracked corn or bird seed 🤷♂️😂
