Here’s what I’ve learned: Work on yourself. Then work for yourself. Don’t grind for your boss, grind for yourself. Invest in yourself. If you are forced to work in order to survive, let it be for a life you want.

Sometimes, life falling apart is the beginning of everything coming together

Last night, I drove back into San Diego in an Audi A7, married to an amazing woman, staying in a suite overlooking downtown, and making more than I ever have.

The road here wasn’t easy, but I’m so grateful for all the things that had to go right to make this moment possible.

In 2017, I left San Diego broke, heartbroken, and lost. I drove out in an old VW—the same car I used for Uber to pay bills. The relationship I moved across the country for had fallen apart after my girlfriend cheated on me. Life was hard.

But sometimes, falling apart is where rebuilding begins.

Shot some video today in Phoenix and now I’m flying to The OC to capture some more.
