The world's poorest countries will get tariff-free access to China's markets.

The tariff-free offer applies to 100% of product lines poor countries want to export, Xi Jinping said at a G-20 meeting in Brazil.

Will this include GB as the country is poor?

I mean they are all basically just Special Interests aren’t they.

The prevailing narrative of course: adopt Farage's positions to get rid of Farage lol.

Top tip: in France & Germany centrists have copied the hard right's uncompromising anti-immigrant rhetoric & policies & it has not EXACTLY made the hard right disappear there. Didn't work for the USA either.
Entirely fair to complain about a false statement. Snag is, haven’t seen evidence that @zoejardiniere.bsky.social would support any policy that controls immigration or asylum. Only have to look at US, Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany… to see the danger. I don’t want Farage as PM.
On what basis is the claim made by Nick Robinson that “more & more people” want to make the journey to Europe through Turkey?

What evidence is there for that?

I doubt there is any. Is BBC #r4today now just making up scaremongering about migration as they go along🤦‍♀️

In case you're wondering why Danny Finkelstein isn't here - it's because he thinks it's "obsessive" to question his description of documented Israeli atrocities as "carelessness".

Or his accusation that anyone who describes them accurately as such is an antisemitic troll.
