I’m a big fan of @zackpolanski.bsky.social and voted for him in the @greenparty.org.uk leadership race. But ‘Tax the Billionaires’ cry, is just not a real fiscal policy. Better the system is reformed to make becoming a billionaire impossible. I’m not against aspiration but am against wealth hoarding

With #UKGov announcing their decision on abolition of @surreycc.gov.uk and creation of East and West Surrey #unitary authorities. Be aware the area administered by #Reigate and #Banstead BC will have its councillor representation reduced from 55 to 20. Thats not enough to adequately do the job.
