Bad news (or at least a setback): Nassau County NY PD has denied my public records request stating that I need to have consent of an involved party to be given emergency response information for the July MRI fatality that occurred on Long Island NY.
Anyone know an involved party?

This accident seems possible only if there gaps in safety governance, training / competency, access control, MRI staff supervision, “time out” practices, and ferromagnetic detection usage. Soo many areas for improvement!
