In a victory for kids & public health, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the FDA followed the law in rejecting marketing applications for flavored e-cigarette products. The case involved nicotine e-liquids with blatantly kid-friendly flavors like “Peachy Strawberry” and “Iced Lemonade.”
