Excuse me? There’s no need to resort to this. Fact: In Gatlinburg, TN in 2016, a fire broke out during a windstorm with 95 mph winds. It was devastating, but still nothing like this.

Listen, absolutely nothing I can say will change your mind and nothing you can do will change my mind. This conversation is pointless. But, to my original point: California has the strictest climate regulations, but it’s the only state where fires of this magnitude occur. You do the math.

Actually most of that is totally true. They $17.6M from the FD budget. Look it up. The hydrants definitely ran dry. It’s well documented. And, you can read countless articles about the reservoirs, particularly the one that was empty because it was down for maintenance.
