Best description I can make of Bluesky is that it is a Twitter analog divided nigh evenly between joyless people that cannot take anything without dreadfully grave seriousness, and people who are incapable of taking anything seriously.

This is the sort of shit-stirring that I come to BlueSky for. *chef's kiss*
To heal our divided nation I propose splitting Game of the Year awards into two categories:

- Game of the Year That’s 3D and You Use a Sword and/or Gun to Explode a Guy
- Game of the Year That’s Some Gay Bullshit Indie Meditation on Grief or Whatever

I think it's been proven time and time again that people only care about things when they have to pay for them.

They'll eat the slop if it's free.

I have to admit, I am wryly amused that the biggest criticism presented at my last interview was, "You really should smile more."

Now that I've started playing Hades 2, I've got people asking me who my "ships" are.

It's simple. I play Hades 2 like a true Greek god. I'm trying to get into EVERYONE'S pants. Even the beings hate me.

ESPECIALLY the beings that hate me.

This is so wrong that it completely flips the script and becomes absolutely right and perfect.

This is your brain on vibes.

Any questions?

Maybe it's just me, but the older I get, the more I find I just can't be arsed to care about artistic awards like the VGAs.

And I barely gave a shit about them when I was younger.

My point is, Shroud is just fuckin' weird.

Gosh, help a man out! What SHOULD he have done once he accidentally found himself dating a girl barely out of college and 25+ years younger than him?
Btw about this from Lizza's reply: Olivia and I lived together for 4+ years (4 b'days, 4 Xmases, 4 anniversaries). That's like $1250 of jewelry per celebration. And her apartment was a writing studio. And I made an f-ton then. What was I supposed to do? Get her a lot of Gift Certificates from Kmart?

For the record; it's not a REAL Zelda movie unless there's a Beedle.

Listen, I don't make the rules.

NEW: Epstein survivors release the most powerful PSA I have ever seen.

Make this go viral so every member of the House of Representatives sees it.

As far as Metroid Prime 4 goes... I've been dealing with obxious sidekicks in Nintendo games since quite literally the N64.

I'll be able to deal with this, I'm sure.

As far as this shutdown (and supposed resolution is concerned), my thoughts are simple.

It's clear that the GOP was willing to let countless people starve and shoot every single hostage.

I don't know what "winning" a negotiation in that sense COULD even look like.

There is nothing in the Constitution that guarantees a right to eat food. So it's hard to understand why the Democrat Party thinks the SNAP issue is a political winner.

Okay, ya know what, I'm going to disagree with one point.

A real communist won't have even finished defining the terms of their argument in six hours, let alone present the argument itself.

So, according to my sister, I made an AI attempt suicide.

I can't decide if I am proud of this, or ashamed.

Ya know how in most Western cultures, the only emotion men are allowed to express is anger?

Well, for the political savvy, the only emotion they are allowed to express is cynicism.

Let people have a crumb of joy, you miserable fucks, my GOD.

I promise, you can go back to posting "We're so fucked" and then not doing anything to stop it thrice daily tomorrow.

It has become distressing clear to me at this point that the "Average American Voter" values antics far more than action.
The existence of this photograph (which is a real photo of a real person at a Mamdani campaign event) is enough to establish for me that voters writ large have absolutely no grasp of what policy is or how any given policy impacts their lives. It's all vibes.

Please contribute to the fight. I’m trying my hardest but this is an absolutely ridiculous process.

Everything’s made up and the points don’t matter: random charges, fees and nonsense obstacles to hurt poor people.

Very much abuser "look what you made me do" energy.
Trying to blame the Dems cutting off SNAP (while sitting on billons of available contingency funds) as his boss bulldozes the WH to build a ball room like Saddam's palace, sends $40 billion to bail out Argentines, and eats "gold adorned" brownies in Korea is not gonna work.
Mike Johnson: "On Saturday, things are gonna become very dire."

Saw an item being sent to Kokomo, IN, and reminded me of some fun facts about Kokomo, IN.

Did You Know?

- Its primary export is rust.
- Its main architectural motif is Post-Apocalyptic.

However much you, a politically engaged person, think the average American knows about what's going on, I can promise you: it's way less than that. No matter how low your estimation. It's lower than that.
